Hello, I’m a very self sufficent and responsible individual with extensive House-sitting experience and excellent references. I can perform the following tasks: 1) Occupying home consistently, thus acting as a deterrent to potential intruders. 2) Clean, dust, vacuum, and generally maintain a clean home. 3) Feed and care for cats and small dogs. 4) Inspect utilities (ie make certain pipes do not freeze, etc). 5) Sort, file, and/ or forward mail (pay utility bills if need be). 6) Water and maintain indoor plants and small outdoor plants. 7) Answer landline phones and take messages and relay when necessary.
