House Sitter in Pine Valley, California

Hello, i am a full time graduate student getting my MFA at a low residency program in Washington State. I am currently living in Pine Valley where my 5 year old is enrolled in school. I need to stay in southern California until June 22nd when he is finished with school and we will be moving to the Bay Area. I wonder if there is a situation that could benefit us both in these next 5 month period. I need to move Feb 1st and will be open to suggestions :)
