House Sitter in Santa Monica, California

Greetings! As of this October, 2017, I will have come to a close of a 21 month house sitting arrangement in Santa Monica, CA. It has been an ideal situation... room and board in exchange for property care plus other requested tasks and errands. An excellent reference regarding my time there is available. About me: I am a professional woman, very quiet, respectful and responsible, clean/organized, non-smoker, non-pet owner, an animal and nature lover -- all wrapped up with a positive attitude. After a professional musician's career, I had turned sharply into the world of technology where I stayed and progressed as a computer programmer. I am currently rebuilding my career to include a focus in social media, multimedia and website development. For now, supplemental income is derived from driving for Lyft along with short-term website development gigs. This is until I secure my next business client which includes the ability to work remotely and has a flexible schedule -- perfect for juggling housesitting requirements. House-sitter responsibilities for my prior arrangement: Security presence on the property of two apartment lots. Daily rounds for mail, trash, security checks on apts, gates and grounds. Errands for the owner, coordination of service workers, deliveries, cleaning, plus other tasks such as computer tasks requests. Special note: If you have pets, I would give my 100% best to their upmost care (aka pamper them silly) -- I've owned beloved cats and dogs so come with pet-care experience. I am open to location within California depending on term length, preferences being: L.A. or San Diego coastal areas.
