We are Lito & Jaymie Espinoza visiting Nanaimo while we wait to welcome our first child! Jaymie is from Nanaimo and Lito is from El Salvador. We are missionaries in Costa Rica and are looking to house sit during our stay in Nanaimo over the fall/winter. We have been married for 5 years and are both 29 years old. We have family in Nanaimo, but due to our extended visit, we are looking to housesit for a month or more of our time there (October - mid-January).
Lito is a handy guy and good at fixing things. We like to keep our house organized, clean and well maintained. Jaymie was born in Nanaimo, and lived there most of all her life (except for now, we live in Costa Rica!) We will be heading back to Costa Rica after our baby is 6-8 weeks old in mid-January. Any length of time we are in Nanaimo we have the option to stay at Jaymie's parents place, if the dates you are looking for a house-sitter do not coincide with our total time in Nanaimo.

Lito and Jaymie Espinoza are a lovely couple. They are very caring responsible people that would truly look after things while you are away. Lito is very hard working and responsible. Both Jaymie and Lito are very tidy people and would care for your home as if it was their own. They would be excellent house sitters and would put you at easy during your time away.
