House Sitter in Eagle River, Alaska

Who I Am: I hope you are having an outstanding day. I am seeking a position for a house and/or pet-sitting employment opportunity in the Eagle River, Mat-Su area of Alaska. I promise that I am skilled, trustworthy, and an efficient individual. I am available as required. Although the term house sitting usually implies "live in" I am unable to meet that requirement on a short term or temporary basis, as I am a single mother of two boys ages 8y and 9y old and both are on the autism spectrum so up keep and minor maintenance and maybe a few overnights a week would be more suiting for my current position. I am a very thorough housekeeper, with possible borderline OCD tendencies regarding the level of deep cleaning that I do. I can guarantee that you will always be pleased in that regard and you can assure your privacy and confidence are in the most respecting hands you can choose to trust. If certain repairs need to be completed, and I am unable, or for some reason, do not already know how to complete the task, I will address it quickly through an outside resource of your choosing but know that I'm always up for learning knew ways to solve problems through troubleshooting and self teaching. I have attended courses through the community campus in the areas of small appliance repair, boiler/furnace maintenance, and have learned through my life experiences how to solve a variety of other situations that may arise throughout a home through all four seasons. I am hard working, dedicated, dependable, driven, and am fully capable to meet your needs. I take a lot of pride in my work and strive to be an over achiever. My Service Abilities: I can take care of minor maintenance, mail collecting, in-home upkeep, plant and yard care and snow clearing. On top of this, I have experience with caring for a variety of pets. I have previous experience in all areas of this type of position.
