Hello my name is Teresa Im a medical practioner also a radio co Host .lm a property manager living in Dr phillips have rented and managed a mansion of 5000sqft myself fr 1 year..Unfortutunatly House went into forclosure .l was renting option to buy fr my family . Just recently Bank took over and bought it and its been heartbreaking eversince to leave our beautiful estate with our own private boat dock for Christmas.I have been helping and maintaining other peoples homes eversince with my love cleaning remodeling servces as my company fr 30 yrs.. I was very young being a landlord in the past so l know the responsibility of a large home with tennamts . Now lm into realestate.
