House Sitter in Birmingham, Michigan

HI! My name is Valerie Karageozian and I am offering my services as a housesitter/petsitter to you. I am a newly single woman who has spent the last two years housesitting with my former partner in life at three different locations. We were transitioning out of our former house and waiting for our future house to become available to us. In the meantime, an opportunity came up to housesit in Bermuda of all places! How could we say no? That led us into a whole new world of helping out families while at the same time, offering us the chance to experience a new culture. Since that time, we had the opportunity to house sit for a cottage on Lake Charlevoix in Michigan, and an estate in a gated community near Greensboro North Carolina. In addition to Bermuda, they were all considered long term. Unfortunately my relationship did not last, but my passion for helping people out continues on. I have found out through time healing my broken heart, that the best thing to do is to have a change of scenery. That's where you come in! Both Bermuda and NC were booked because of the need for pet sitting. NC had two dogs who were walked 3 miles daily as well as bathing, vet visits, medication administration, grooming and feeding. Bermuda is full of cats, and we had a special one that ignored us initially but eventually could not resist us. I am a fastidious about my own house and take special care when I am house sitting. I like to stick as close to the schedule as the home owners in regards to leaving and returning to the house, the light usage, and outdoor upkeep so there is no clue that they are not residing while I am sitting in their place. I have spent time in my own life downsizing and find it liberating to live out of a suitcase.
