House Sitter in Maumelle, Arkansas

We have been working with Realtors in the Tulsa, OK for four years now. Our responsibilities are to ensure the home is "show ready" for prospective buyers. My duties are to work with the property manager, realtor or home owner to give them peace of mind that their home is handled by caretakers who truly are trustworthy and dependable. We have lived in several homes for lengthy periods until the property owner receives an offer. At that time, either the property manager or realtor places us in another property. The houses we have lived in are generally in the 150 - 300K range. We do not provide any furnishings, they are staged by the property manager or the home owner has their own furnishings. We are very neat and clean people, who are dependable, trustworthy and have good references. I currently work and if we relocate I will continue to work in the Little Rock area. I grew up in Little Rock, and have two sisters and family who live there. My goal is to return to my home area and retire in a few years. We have been engaged for three years and my fiancé has been in the gardening, irrigation and pool business. He can handle any outdoor needs and any requests for minor home repairs. We have NO pets or children and are both middle aged. We don't smoke and are very respectable people. We both enjoy gardening and if you are a plant owner, or have landscaping, you can count on us to provide you excellent care in this area. We love animals, dogs, cats...my fiancé has volunteered at rescue homes. Our desire is to live simple lives and ensure anyone who would consider us for caretakers would never be disappointed in the services we offer. My fiancé' is also a gourmet cook....who spends a lot of time ensuring a kitchen is spotless and looks inviting. Again, we can provide you excellent references. I've worked in corporate jobs my entire life. We are looking for an economical way to live comfortably and provide outstanding services for a homeowner, they would never have to worry about trusting us with anything that they have.
