Hey there! My name's Eva. I'm a 42-year old professional who is available now to house sit in the North Phoenix/Scottsdale/Cave Creek/Carefree areas. I'm detail oriented, super responsible, quiet, independent, disciplined, capable, & altruistic. I live a healthy lifestyle (no drinking, smoking, , etc.) and to relax I read, work out, work on my laptop, walk/run/hike, or do art. I have excellent references. I will take the utmost care with your home. I work full-time so I'd be available to take care of your pets and home in the morning & evenings and on weekends while you're gone. Safety is important to me, so I will only house sit in neighborhoods where I feel safe. I am happy to help with property watching, mail collecting, light yard work, & potentially, dog walking or staying overnight, depending on the situation. I do have personal transportation of course.
