I'm trained as a Homemaker, a Home Health Aid and a Senior ADL Caregiver with professional training and education in caring for patients suffering from Dementia & Alzheimer's and or physical disabilitys or mental health issues. I'm trained as a meal prepper for the care healthy meal planning for patients with Diabetes and other common dietary restrictions. I am also trained in housekeeping and I have earned my certification as a Heart Saver First Aid care provider issued by the American Heart Association.
