Including property management, renovations, painting, house watching(when clients are away), checking property, reporting to client with pictures and reports of the property, checking windows and doors, mold, water, pools, landscaping, pest control, plants, trash, mail, basically all aspects of the property. Most Importantly taking care of your family member... your pets, I’m open to sending pics or video FaceTiming with your pet, I’m open. I am a contractor who has recently relocated to the West Palm County and is looking to start acquiring regular scheduled clients seasonal or year round. Excited to talk to you soon.
