House Sitter in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Well i hope youre enjoying this weather change. Im able to tend to pets gladly, even a chilly walk is no problem. Im an animal lover. I wont just fill their bowl, but try to ease the seperation process while you are gone. Im a self proclaimed green thumb. Plants indoor and outdoor will be no issue. I can take photos and keep u updated unless you dont want to be botheted. i will keep all mail and packages safely inside. I wont allow anyone in, unless you give specific permission. I prefer to not have anyone else inside, so im the only one responsible. Ill chk for general maintenances.. Never know if a toilet is running or a leak that has started. I will use footies and gloves and a mask. And we can discuss light chores if you wish. Whatever you need, just ask. Ive been a homeowner for decades without help so im more than capable. If i didnt mention anything you're looking for, dont hesitate and i will be honest. If i wont or cant, i will inform explain. But there shouldnt be anything reasonable i cant do.
