Hello, I am an experienced hvac service tech. I do know how to take care of a home. And I am very respectful in another's home wether the customer is home or not. I'm from Oklahoma, and down there it's an unspoken rule of all trades to keep your head on the job even if the customer is not home. Your a guest and what ever is in that home has nothing to do with you. You go in you do what ever your asked help with anything as needed show respect and be polite. I have only been here a couple months and haven't really been able to find a decent place to stay so this opportunity would be perfect. Something short term that I can help someone out and have a place to come to sleep and eat after work for a few days.
