(vacations, trips north,etc) By a LEAST COSTLY mutually arranged scheduled visit of an hour or less,daily,semi weekly,weekly,etc.. Have experience with home ownership/maintenance, pets & plant care. Can collect mail, put out trash/recycling,do whats required in a home with an extended owner absence, (flush toilets, run water, check: plumbing, appliances, electrical, A/C, security systems,window & door locks;look for pest intrusions, weather damage, break in's, etc.) Can also turn over auto engines,oversee scheduled home maintenance,then call, text or email you or your RE agent to insure everything is ok after every visit.
