House Sitter in Seattle, Washington

Hi! My name is Roxanne, and I was born and raised here in Washington. I was living in GA for several years, but I've been back home since 2017. With most of my friends and family all residing in WA, I'm here to stay. I've rented an apartment near the Junction and Admiral areas of West Seattle, and would be delighted to care for your home and/or pet. As for my qualifications, I've been a home and pet owner many years. Along with a picture of myself I have included a picture of my rental house in Atlanta. When I bought the house in 2010, the daylight basement was just bare concrete floors and studs. I took that space and, with the help of some contractors, turned it into a handicap accessible MIL apartment. Thereby making the house a multi-generational home. Also, an interesting fact that not many city dwellers can claim is that I grew up with many kinds of farm animals, and a family garden the size of two city lots. The family property has 2 houses, a barn with a pasture, 3 acres of landscaping, and several acres of trees, totaling 20 acres down in Lewis County. There are so many backyard chickens, along with vegetable gardens in my area that I know my experience could be a big bonus for those who need it. I truly understand that your home is one of your greatest investments, and your loving companions/fur babies are a treasured part of the family. It's difficult to leave something so valuable, and precious, in just anyone's hands. I believe this makes me ideally suited as your next house-sitter.
