I am a retired health care provider and long term home and cat lover available to check up and maintain your apartment, condo, home, or trailer while you are away. This includes providing food and water for your cats, cleaning daily and changing /sanitizing weekly cat litters. Will notify of illness and take cats your vet to get with per arranged payment of medical services by clients/owners credit card phone payment. Additional services include sweeping liens and also vacuuming floors as needed. Also will hand water plants and scrubs, check up on sprinkler function and timing to prevent city watering violation fines. If no video surveillance is present, I will regularly check to make sure lawn maintenance is carried out and also Pool services are done as scheduled. Of course I would always be available report to in case of alarm failure, breaking with entering and or fire and damage to home, animals , and property. Lastly I would be available to do Light maintenance I changing light bulbs on the outside or inside, changing air conditioning filters, monitoring and reporting plumbing leaks where to be on the outside or internally. Does the information regarding your electrician and plumber would be necessary to be left with me as well in case of air conditioner failure.
