House Sitter in Phoenix, Arizona

Hi there; my name is Theresa. I am seeking a house sitter position in Phoenix. I will happily sit pets of all kinds (even snakes, rats and spiders!) Of course I will get your mail, accept any packages, water your plants and keep your property safe, secure and clean. I am also a housekeeper/organizer, so if you need a deep cleaning or want your kitchen, office, or garage organized for your return home, I am available, willing, and very experienced. I am currently house and cat-sitting in Anthem, AZ --which is extreme North Phoenix. This assignment will end on August 1, 2018. Until then I am happy to provide basic services like check-in, mail, water plants, etc., in the North Phoenix area. After August 1st, my availability is totally flexible in terms of both area--any where in Maricopa County--and in terms of the duties I will be able to perform. Service Abilities: I am comfortable doing pool maintenance, pet and animal care, plant care, laundry, general or deep cleaning, windows, and of course the basics, making sure property is secure and safe; mail; being available for any maintenance or repair personel as needed.
