Hi There! I am Brittany. I am a recently married, 29-yr-old entrepreneur with 2 furbabies at home. Services I offer include pet sitting, house sitting, recurring visits, and even 1x visits (but hopefully you travel more than just one time!) ;) I am also happy to do some light errands for you including around the home. MORE ABOUT ME My office travels with me - which opens up my availability significantly! I love the great outdoors! Especially hiking among nature - can't get enough. I don't sit still for long... hahaha! I am a busy and on-the-go kind of person; help me put that energy to good use! I am super friendly and quick with a smile French Fries are my favorite food - totally irrelevant, but worth mentioning. MY PETS: Smooth - 11yr old Male - 55lbs - Staffy/American Bully - Gentle, Patient K'Leeci - 5yr old Female - 60lbs - American Pit Terrier Mix - Queen, Diva PET-SITTING There has never been a time in my life that was not blessed with a fur-companion of some sort. From hamsters, birds, snakes, and lizards to cats, dogs, and even horses! I spent a brief, but incredible few months working at a CA local branch of VCA animal hospitals. Not only do I have strong, close relationships with the doctors and techs still, but I learned SO much about domestic pet care including how to avoid Urgent Doc visits. One of my own two fur-babies struggles with interacting with new fur-friends which provides me a unique perspective on pet-sitting. I am hyper-conscious of our surroundings and have learned many techniques that help me better understand dog behavior, which is critical for some pups on walks and helpful for all of them! I have completed various dog/parent training programs, most recognizable with Sit Means Sit. This isn't to say that I will implement those tactics, but rather that I am familiar with training dogs and am eager to learn how YOU communicate with your fur-babes. When I am trusted with your pet (or pets), I will always show them the love and care that I bestow upon my own fur-loves and trust me, that's a lot of love. I want to reinforce any habits that you promote with your pets so if that means 6PM tummy rubs followed by treats OR 7AM walk to start the day, please just let me know. After a visit with me, your pet will be begging for you to leave again! ;) Just KIDDING! But they'll at least be less distraught. HOME SWEET HOME Even if you don't have pets for me to love on, I would be honored to manage your home while you are away. I am reliable and efficient. I am available to stay in your home or to simply drop by for visits based on your needs. My primary location is Lake Forest, CA and I prefer to stay in the surrounding areas, but I'm flexible! I am happy to run light errands on your behalf if that is a need and can most certainly give your plants the TLC they deserve as well. You will always have peace of mind when you leave your home in my worthy hands. I have been house-sitting for years as well as relying on house-sitters! I know the peace of mind it can bring and only too well the stress when you don't find the right fit of a sitter. Rest assured, I'm the right fit.
