House Sitter in Saint Paul, Minnesota

I'm a nonsmoking music engineer and producer with a passion for arts and helping the youth. I can do any form of housesitting and also for any length of time needed. I can clean your home, water plants, monitor all deliveries, mail( including separating, shredding,and recycling junk mail) ,service people (gardeners, pest control, etc), forward any telephone or other messages if needed or anyone stopping by your home as well. I can also monitor your home during construction or repairs, stock pantry and refrigerator for homeowners return home, and maintain any automatic car or truck I'm authorized to use( including detail cleaning and servicing by the owners repair shop or preferred dealership at the end of contracted term). I can also feed pets and walk dogs if needed as well. I charge $20 per hour : this covers gas for my vehicle (if no car offered), deep cleaning, and incidentals (my internet use, groceries, etc) I do NOT babysit . I will take care of any snow or grass upkeep (with authorized use of owner shovel, lawnmower, etc). I do NOT have any nursing skills, nor pay owners bills. I am drug free; I use my own computer, and cell phone; and I respect homeowner or neighborhood privacy (quiet between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m., NO parties as well. I am happy to take care of any size home. My preference is a separate living space on-site with its own entrance ( not a deal breaker though), in such case I will pay all that particular back house/in-law- type propertys utilities. I'm not seeking any minimum or maximum paid job length. I just want sunday's off; my ideal yearlong or permanent position, 9 to 5, with 3 weeks (unpaid) vacation. My hours and position may be varied in case of emergencies or death in the family, business demands-- for current or previous clients. I require at least 25 days notice before end of contracted stay and at least 72 hours notice for any chance in contract. Contact me for any questions you have.
