House Sitter Job in Tampa, Florida

We live in Seminole Heights and my family will be going out of town on a ski trip, leaving the night of December 25th and returning the night of January 2nd. We have 1 Mini-Dachshund, 5 cats and fish.
We are looking for someone to house sit and keep an eye on the house feed animals. We live a few houses from Hillsborough High School, in the heart of Seminole Heights, and although it is a nice area, the proximity to not so nice areas coupled with the opportunity of an empty house = high risk for break-in's.
We are looking for someone Honest, Trustworthy & Dependable to stay in our home while we are away and keep it safe. Background check will be performed. References requested.
