As a recently retired university housing professional for most of my adult life, I can assure you that I am very responsible in taking care of a home. I also love pets (lifetime of cats and dogs) including taking in abandoned or homeless pets, If I won the lottery, I would open up a shelter! I have a very flexible schedule and can help with a variety of chores and care.
