I am Phillip and most of my jobs have dealt and deal with people who trust me because they like me, if people like you, they trust you! I am 51 about 6' tall, about 180 and have had pets as a child such as a tiny turtle, a dog, a goldfish and I used to help feed my friend's chickens he had in the city corn kernels and other chicken feed. Children seem to like me, animals too. as much as parents. I ride my bicycle, sing along to some tunes, and like to play the piano my original short piano tunes inspired by my love of music as I play them by ear because I have no formal music training and can't even read music notes. I have house sat for friends and relatives many, many times before, while I stayed for free, made local calls using landlines, used the internet for free, and used their cable TV'S for free too I watered their plants, picked up their mail, and swept and mopped their homes. I have even babysat their kids many times. I would like to take care of homes very near the ocean such as in Malibu, Venice, Newport Beach, Balboa Peninsula, or in New Orleans, Louisiana.
