House & Pet sitter needed in September

We will be traveling to Europe for almost three weeks in September. We have a lovely home in Woodland, CA with a swimming pool and gorgeous back yard. We also have a little old man - Mac - a 15 year old West Highland White. Mac is a happy boy but very elderly and needs TLC. He would not make it in a kennel environment :( We need someone who will take good care of him as well as monitor the pool and tend to a few potted plants while we are gone. We only ask that you clean up after yourself....we do not expect any major cleaning!
