When I travel and seek someone to stay at my home, there is a criterion I look for in the person. The important stuff to me is someone that is honest, has a good vibe or karma to their being, resourceful, and wants to do a great job in protecting my home. Before I had to put my doggie down, it was very critical element that the person staying at my home would take care of my pet to where there was little anxiety felt during my absence. Katherine M. holds all these traits I look for, I've experiened them, and I believe anyone who’s looking for a house sitter would agree once they met her. Katherine M has been a friend of mine for many years. I’ve seen her in action in all kinds of circumstances and for the most part she comes out ahead. There isn’t much that she can’t do, and if she doesn’t necessarily have the skill, she will either do the task and learn or find out how it can be done and pursues it. Resourceful I believe is a trademark of hers. She has recently tacked remodeling of her kitchen. She’s done the work herself and with an exceptional outcome. So why can this be important for a house sitter? When I entrust someone with my place, I hope that all works well. But there are instances where something happens and the person needs to have the wherewithal to know there’s something wrong and aid as best they can with the situation; and Katherine M is that person. Your home would be the same as when you left it thanks to Katherine. She has a great vegetable garden and does canning of all sorts. I’ve sampled some items and they are very yummy! Katherine M is a person that gives to the community of Salt Lake. I’ve been a volunteer in many factions all my life and I recognize the type of person that is willing to give and not expect anything in return. There are various agencies that she provides her musical expertise for the patrons – and the most important part is she loves doing it. So in a nutshell Katherine M would make for an exceptional house sitter and anyone would only feel her positive energy upon his or her return. She is truly hardworking, honest, positive, resourceful, lives simply, and a warm and giving person. I believe anyone needing a house sitter would be more than satisfied and feel very comfortable with her caring for your home.
