I am a writer, speaker and trainer. Who needs and wants variety in her life, so I find housesitting and dog sitting provides me with opportunities to get out away from my own computer or takes me to a place where I can "experience" a different area. If it is an extended stay, it would provide me an opportunity to get away from distractions from my home so I can concentrate on my next book.
