House Sitter in West Hollywood, California

I am a lawyer in my late 20s who just relocated from NYC to LA (where I grew up), looking to house-sit within 7 miles from my firm in Beverly Hills/West Hollywood. I am clean and considerate, and with my legal background, I am extra thoughtful when it comes to taking care of the important details to keep a home safe and in good condition. I am also happy to look after pets in the mammal, fish, and bird categories. I have references from babysitting, petsitting, and house-sitting. I take all my jobs very seriously. I don't smoke or do , and I will never bring other people over to the home. Rate is $50/day, but negotiable depending on how long and what tasks are to be performed beyond the usual mail collecting, plant watering, etc.
