Promptly Providing You With the information you asked for, keeping in mind the confidentiality agreement with you the owner. If Asked I will File incoming mail and ensure that any instructions for mail forwarding is followed. I will Feed, water and bathe house pets and if need be will take them to the vet, if they have appointments for vaccinations. Will Do Nightly Rounds to Inspect the house several times During the Evening to ensure that no intrusion is possible or evident and Will Properly Inform Authorities at any sign of Intrusion. Furthermore, Will as Ascertain that the house is properly locked Down at the End of the Day. And Will Keep a Daily and Nightly Log of All these Duties and of Any Conversations Requiring me to Do Certain Task and Email You on All Task That Have Been Completed. While owners are away I will handle the general maintenance and upkeep of the interior and exterior is Asked. Will Perform cleaning, vacuuming and dusting duties. keeping in mind specific instructions from the owners. If Asked will Help With Pay utility bills and Overseeing any Maintenance or Repair Work Being Done on the Property. Other Duties if Needed Include Looking after homeowner’s "Elderly" in the house by providing them with necessary personal care and cooking for them.
