I am retired and looking for opportunities to stay active and meet new people while providing a service. Am a native North Carolinian and have lived in Charlotte for 17 years. Both of my children and all of my granchildren live in Charlotte, so I am very familiar with the area.Also have an extensive real estate career so am very familiar with how a house should operate and know how to identify potential issues. Available to oversee the house continuously or just stop in periodically to make sure there is "activity" around your property. Do you need plants watered, pets fed, bird feeders restocked, grocery shopping before you return? Together, we can make a customized list of your needs, then you can enjoy your time away, worry free.
