Mile outside of town. Want someone to live in our house. Monitor temperature. Pick up mail. Be available for anything that comes up with snowstorms or unexpected events at the house. We have an alarm system and you must be available if alarm goes off. Can commute during the day to your job but prefer live in to monitor anything that comes up during winter months.
