House for sale in Spencer, and it is taking a while for it to sell. Need to get someone to check on it occasionally while it is on the market to sell or to rent.

We have two dogs and two cats. One dog requires a daily pill. We're looking for someone with excellent references to stay in our home for nine days in the beginning of August.
