I need a house sitter who is capable of feeding horses grain over a fence once per day, (no going into pens or hay feeding necessary) keeping water tanks full, feeding two dogs, feeding one cat and cleaning cat box, andpicking up mail.

My husband and I work full time. My mother lives on the property (in another house). I just need someone to sit here at my house maybe do some light housekeeping & let my little chihuahua out to potty. It's a pretty sweet gig.
