I am seeking a responsible adult or couple to house sit beautiful home in Clinton Corners, NY this Spring-Summer 2020, starting immediately. There are over 10 acres of land, with pond and a stream. Utilities and rent free in exchange.

Ideally a student going for a PHD, teachers, academics would be preferable. If you want to experiment with mini a plot and garden/landscape, you can be creative.
