Hello, I'm Claire, a dependable house sitter who works full time as a property manager. I manage co-ownership towers in downtown Montreal and Griffintown. I have experience managing water damage, floods and fires during emergencies and finding contractors afterwards to repair units while liaising with the syndicat and insurance companies. I have a deep understanding of property maintenance since an element of the job is to contract suppliers for maintenance such as ventilation cleaning, window washing, garage cleaning, pool maintenance, snow removal and much more. Previously I worked in property management in apartment rentals, I have seen everything from the best tenants to the worst. My job is a mix of work from home, work from cafes and work from the lounges in the towers....the company doesn't have a physical office space which keeps things flexible. When I was studying in university I worked as a florist for many years at several different flower shops including Westmount Florist. I have experience caring for plants and an understanding of what different plants need in order to survive.
