House Sitter in Lexington, Kentucky

Perspective House Sitting Client, I work in telecom, for a large, multi-national company which is a leader in many industries. I'll be accepting an assignment a rather long term albeit temporary assignment in Lexington, KY in the very near future. While I will continue to keep and maintain my own home in WI during this assignment, it will be necessary for me to hire out the yard maintenance and periodic upkeep. I'll almost certainly rent and possibly buy property in/near Lexington. But in the meantime, it occurs to me that there may be a homeowner in the Lexington KY area who's needs might correspond with my own. I've never participated in any house-sitting jobs before, but am confident that my work history, references and military experience would allow owners confidence that their property is well taken care of. While I would never take liberties w/ anyone else's properties, I'm mechanically aware enough to recognize and react accordingly (in best interest of safety and protection of property) if unforeseen problems arise w/ exterior (fence/drive/yard/siding/roof) or interior (well/plumbing/sump/HVAC/Electrical). While I'll be working full time hours during the week, I do enjoy a fair amount of yard work/maintenance w/ the proper equip. I'll of course have my own transportation, and am most comfortable with a modest commute, should this description appeal to a rural property owner in the greater Lexington KY area.
