Available for House Sitting for any Winter Months in or around the Medicine Hat area Retired professional property appraiser (20 yr business owner) available for full-time house sitting during your wintertime vacation. I am moving from the BC coast to Medicine Hat and wish to wait a few months before purchasing a home near family. Widowed, non-smoker non-drinker, active early 60's male, property owner for past 30 years including a small acreage for over 20 years. Responsible, attentive, clean, and familiar with aspects of emergency home maintenance will give you the peace of mind that your property is safe, secure, and well cared for while you are away. I do have one mature English Labrador (extremely well behaved - gets along with all other dogs) that is an indoor dog. I am available to care for additional pets/responsibilities if needed. Very flexible, available anytime after December 7th, and willing to be monitored (within reason) if so wished.
