House Sitter in New York, New York

Hi. My name is Daniel. I live here in the city currently sharing an apartment with my brother. I am a professional guitarist; both performer and instructor. I am well educated with a B.A. In Performance no Composition as well as Masters work in Music Education. I am fairly new here in Manhattan (coming from North Shore, Long Island, my brother, a lawyer here in the city 20 years). I am still getting my new business settled and known here, and while doing so I would love the opportunity to earn some extra money. I think the idea of house sitting is just great. After all, you need someone to do that and I am very reliable, dependable, trustworthy and a man of integrity and available. I definitely have references of some very fine, successful and established people to attest to my character as well. As far as duties, all are fine for me. After all, to my mind, it's simply my job to perform the house-sitting functions you need. To my mind it would be the same as taking care of my own place. Which incidentally I live a very neat lifestyle. In fact I truly believe that neat environment is without a doubt very directly part of lifestyle. So in conclusion, if it's a good fit for being th of us, no it feels right, I most certainly am open to the role of house sitting for you. It would be my pleasure as well as my active vocation.
