My family has always been involved in the management of property from single dwellings to multi-unit rental, Co-Op and Condominium buildings. From collecting rent, to garbage removal, to mopping floors, to turning over apartments for rentals I have been physically involved in the process since my youth into my latter years. Part of my earlier career found me right back in property management but in a large retail building. From housekeeping to crowd control, special events, security and IT technologies my field of experience is vast and adaptable to your needs. I find myself yearning to get back into house sitting and property management again. After years of contemplating the next chapter in my life I find myself engaging in my passion once again and for your benefit. I will take my life's experiences and apply them to care for or manage your home and property. From just turning the lights on and off, to property inspections to ensure the integrity of your home, checking on your pets to clearing snow and ice and making sure your trash is removed. I would even apply my knowledge of IT Technologies to observe your home remotely and increase your security in during your absence. I am very good with pets of all nature from fish to turtles to cats and dogs, birds lizards, toads snakes even spiders with a few scorpions here and there. I have even worked with horses
