House Sitter in Simi Valley, California

1yr experience maintaining ranch in Moorpark,ca. for 9 goats and approx.100 chickens in lieu of rent,regular lawn maintenance,care of inside dogs and outside dogs,and cleanliness of house when owners are gone on business trips.Care for their two kids for two weeks,(ages 16 and 17).Occasionally purchase and deliver needed feed for animals.Also in addition helped the wife design a presentation to the military in orange county regarding her book and business called"The Power Seat"!Spent a least 8hrs reviewing and revising entire presentation which included not only verbal speech,but also visual prompts pertaining to her techniques ,(as a communication and interview specialist),and voicing my opinion regarding said presentation!Also wrote a poem 25yrs ago that the editors of her book made it the first page of her book.
