Hawkins_Kevin and Carol Resume 423-584-...btain position as caretaker/caretaker and pet sitter Carol and Kevin Hawkins have been innkeepers for the last 18 years and have entertained guest from all over the world. They developed and operated a successful Bed and Breakfast, OCOEE MIST FARM BED and BREAKFAST. They built the guest house, remodeled the main house and landscaped the property. Kevin was the main cook and was famous for his delicious breakfast. On the 40 acres, Carol and Kevin raised llamas, goats and donkeys. They also cared for camels,9 parrots , 9 dogs and 8 cats for guest to enjoy. Kevin is known as" the animal whisper with the beautiful voice". The camel was leased out for functions, movies and commercials. The Hawkins had a permit with Forest Service and led guest on llama treks in National Forest for 18 yrs Carol graduated from Georgia State University and has been a licensed Physical Therapist for 43 years. Kevin is an electrician and has experience in industrial, commercial and residential installations. His formal training was as a commercial diver working underwater in the Gulf and rivers in Fl. Kevin has also worked in the landscaping business and installing garden water features. Both Carol and Kevin enjoy scuba diving and Carol is a Padi scuba instructor. They also enjoy swimming, hiking and caring for animals. Carol and Kevin sing in church choir and Kevin has been lay leader at Benton Methodist church. The Hawkins just recently celebrated their 28th wedding anniversary. The Hawkins have sold the farm and Bed and Breakfast and are presently on assignment as Innkeepers in Cumberland Gap ,TN until Nov 2018. The duties there were taking care of all guest activities , maintaining the Inn and landscaping. They will be ready to pursue a new adventures and travel in Jan.2019.
