House Sitter Job in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico

I am looking for a responsible and trustworthy person to house sit or live on site full time. Duties would include feeding a cat and dog, housekeeping and light gardening and light maintenance of home. I live on the Rio Grand with a private dock. There would not be a rental fee but would ask you to pay the electric bill. The home has an apartment space which you would stay in but would have full access of the home until I would come home periodically, about 2 times a month.
