Highly responsible new grandparents relocating to our home state of Ohio from New Hampshire. Skilled and equipped carpenter/handyman will maintain, repair or remodel your house in exchange for rent for up to a year while seeking next career assignment. Mrs. O is a retired art teacher who is eager to assist with our daughter's growing family. We are not pet people but if necessary we would consider taking care of your pet if required. Our list of references is extensive including mostly people who will be reluctant to see us leave the area.
