I am a very hard worker I am willing to put in extra time to finish a project without anything in return, I am not allergic to pets I love all kinds, and I am very organized. My Grandmother started me on this lifestyle at 6 years old and cleaning is my forte..a must in my household. I make absolute sure the space is spotless, and ready for your inspection. I can provide pretty much anything you need that has to do with Cleaning, Organizing, Re-arranging, housesitting, babysitting, pet sitting and I EVEN cook if your running late on starting dinner I can most definitely start it for you or whip it up. I can even help with setting up your dinner parties, birthday parties, etc. I am an excellent cook if I say so myself. I am honestly here at your service and ready for whatever you throw at me. I do not provide the cleaning materials, now I know what your thinking...a cleaning service with no materials?..but honestly I've tried this and everybody is different. Some require natural cleaners, certain smells, certain products, etc.. Due to allergies, dislikes, health risks, etc.. The price for my service is based off negotiation between you and I. This does not automatically mean I am expensive. I just can't have a set rate because every space is different, I want it to be a fair price. Honestly, what I like to do is, I want you to go around the space you will be needing my service on, take into account all the things I need to do, all the space Im needing to cover, and how long you may think it would take..please be reasonable. Then I want you to come up with a reasonable price. When I come over for the interview or an introduction..if hired I will take a look and do the same..I'll ask your price and we can start from there. Anything you need, that wasn't negotiated in the original agreement would be added payment. My schedule is completely open. I do have a current job, I work as a property manager with my mother and grandmother. They can no longer fit me in their budget so they need to let me go as soon as possible.
