House Sitter in Liverpool, New York

Hi there. This is Billy Norton. I work for the Liverpool Central School District as a SPED TA....for 25 years now. I just sold my 2-family home in April, located in the Village of Liverpool where I lived for 20 years. I ran it as an Airbnb for the last 2 years and attained Superhost status. I am currently house sitting, since April of 2019, in Liverpool, NY. I have plenty of references and many other positive attributes to share. Ideally, I'm looking for a home nearby(within 20ish miles)that is available from October until April. If you fit this criteria or something close to it, then please utilize me. As a former homeowner and landlord, I have a unique skill set when it comes to taking care of a property.
