House Sitter in Northridge, California

Moving out of my apartment the end of July 2017. I have been in the I.T, industry for 20 years, except the last 7, and am currently in need of a quiet place to live and study for 2-3 months. I do not work, haven't had to in many years, but situation has changed which is why I am studying to get back to work. To help save money, I thought house sitting would be perfect. I am clean, organized and well spoken. Love dogs and cats and respect other people's privacy and possessions. If you're curious, my possessions will be in storage while I house sit. My only vice is smoking - but don't worry, I only have a cigarette outside. With the recent tax hike, I'm thinking of quitting. Anyway, would love to sit for you and I apologize for the ramble :) Mike
