As a house sitter for you I will complete the following tasks; I will occupy and oversee the house to maintain order and security of property, conduct necessary business transactions as requested. I will Monitor entrances to property and secures locks other devices to prevent access of unauthorized persons, and secure security systems and cameras if installed. I will answer the telephone doorbell, takes messages and forwards information to employer as requested. If requested I will pay bills from designated funds makes deposits to accounts as required. Any cleaning, vacuuming, and/or dusting or cleaning will be completed while house sitting. I will feed and water pets takes ill pets to veterinarian for treatment if they become ill. I will Inspect utilities, like plumbing and air-conditioning, to detect problems requiring services and arrange for necessary repairs. I will water and care for plants. If employer has a pool, I will make sure it is secured.
