House sitter Job in Gaithersburg, Maryland

I am going on vacation, leaving on 820-2016..., returning on 827-2016...
I need someone to come by my home around 9:00 - 9:30 am, feed my dog and just take her out to our courtyard to do her business.
She has arthritis in her legs so I don't want her to walk a lot, just do the business.
She also has medicine she takes in the morning and the evening so I need someone to give that to her. I put each pill in a piece of cheese.
Four pills. Before you leave give her a treat.
I would like someone to stop by again around 6 p.m. and feed her dinner, take her out side again and then again around 8-9 pm to give her a last chance to do her business. At the last little walk she would need her medicine again.
