House Sitter in Rancho Cucamonga, California

I am a 46/47-year-old woman looking for a house to take care of or partially rent until owners return or to continue renting a room with owners after the return of owners. I am willing to take care of the home: take trash out, water indoor plants, and outdoor plants-(as long as there isn't a forest of plants-gardener would be better then), cleaning up after myself-(obviously of course), and if you have pets making sure all are fed-have plenty of clean water-clean cat box or cages, etc., also making sure house is safely locked up-while I am there and on errands outside of the home. Also taking care of things as needed with the home-can discuss terms for maintenance done by-if needed with companies/agencies of your choosing under your payment-(only if the house needs it, I am not expecting anything to break down with your home-this is a just-in-case-clause for normal maintaining of the home-if you the owner were gone for 6 months to a year or more for example (to make sure everything within the home stays functioning properly while you are gone-we could also contact each other during this time). Through all of this being said I would-not be responsible for any bill pertaining to the home. If it is a partial renting situation-I would have-only that to pay, just the rent. The house owner would be responsible for the all-the-household-bills via pay online or however you the house owner already pay them. I would not ask for a wage as long as no-outrages amount of work is needing to be done-as far as cleaning or pet care or watering of plants. I am a student and I have a part time job, I would still need to go to those things during the weekdays-during the day-(for the most part). As of yet, I don't have a vehicle, I ride the bus or and take Lyfts/Ubers-(personal taxis) to get around the city.
