House Sitter in Port St. Lucie, Florida

Dear Office Manager, I am seeking a permanent part time position. A seasonal position is ok. I have a strong history of work ethics and dependability. I am a seasoned adult seeking permanent part time employment in the Port St Lucie area. I just moved from North Carolina and my last position was that of warehouse associate and delivery driver for a large automotive paint supply company. Full references will be provided with first meeting. I am not a fly by night. I have approximately 17 years successful background in advertising and print media sales. I owned my own businesses (two to be exact) and handled every part of the business. For 40 years of work history I have assisted in growing businesses by employing old time work ethics of honesty, integrity and dependability. I know the meaning of real life time management and I am organized, almost to a fault I am looking for employment because I want to work, NOT because I need to find a job. In over 40 years of work history I have NEVER been late. In those same 40 years I have NEVER missed work without just cause. As I have previously mentioned, I have been employed by others and have had my own business, so I know the importance of working with others as a team, working hard, working smart and, of taking responsibility, especially for my own actions. I am not afraid of work or even hard work. I also understand the need for great CUSTOMER SERVICE. As stated before, I owned my own business, one, a contractor, the second a flower shop, for a number of years. I was the office, the scheduler and worker. I handled all paper work, business machines (fax, copier, scanner, telephone) including computer extensively. I was able to control ALL accounts receivable to ZERO each month, without fail. I am able to work 20 hours per week. My preference would be Mon-Fri 4 hours per day, however I am able to also work 2-3 full days as well. My preference would be 8 am - 12 pm. I have approximately 15 years warehouse experience, which includes 6 years in my own warehouse and 3 years recent experience in Sherwin Williams Automotive in Raleigh, NC, which can be verified.
