House Sitter in Falmouth, Maine

I bought a humble little fixer upper in Maynard, MA 16 years ago for my family and I to live in and I rehabilitated the place from top to bottom. It's a great little place that will become a rental at the end of November. I'm currently in the process of permanently relocating to Maine to be near my kids and I need flexibility while I determine where I want to buy my next home. My ex-wife has been kind enough to let me stay with her in Falmouth while I work things out, but I don't want to overstay my welcome. I don't have a lot of stuff—I have become a minimalist in my middle age. I find vacuuming therapeutic, I'm not allergic to anything, and there isn't anything around the house that I can't fix, or at least patch up until a pro arrives to handle the job. I think I'm a low risk high value solution to your home sitting needs.
