My name's Kyle Hamilton I'm 20 years old and I live in Grassflat, Pennsylvania. When I was 15 I got diagnosed with MPGN which is a rare kidney disease that made me go into kidney failure. I can't work regular jobs because in May of 2017 my heart ripped by my aorta which ended up with me getting a aortic dissection, the shutting down of my right side of my body, then ending in me having only a few hours to live. I survived obviously but my left leg and body took a big impact from the situation. My left leg is not 100% but I can still walk, drive, do normal things.
